Below is all the help information you need! We highly, highly recommend looking over all of these guidelines before placing an order!

Contact

Please email us at supernovacrew42@gmail.com with any questions or concerns regarding your order as soon as possible. Do not message us on Instagram as we do not follow up on personal orders through there.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges at the time. If there is anything wrong with your order please email us within 3 days of receiving your package.

Note: All bags are carefully inspected, prepped and nicely packaged before they are shipped out to you. Please do not contact us if you damaged, over-used or over-washed your bag. This is considered a fair wear-and-tear. Please read your bag's online description for proper care instructions. 

Shipping

All orders are shipped via USPS (First Class or Priority Mail) and have a tracking number sent via email. Orders are shipped within 2-4 business days of when the order was placed.

Note: We currently ship within the U.S. only. Our goal is to ship internationally but until then sign up for our email list to be the first to know about that!

Lost Packages

Please double check your shipping address when you receive your order confirmation as we are NOT responsible for packages that are lost, missing, or delivered to the wrong address. We highly, highly recommend making sure your package is being delivered to a safe location that you are confident in!

If your package was marked as delivered but you don't have it we recommend the following: 

1. Wait a few days to see if it gets delivered. Often times postal workers mark something as delivered because they forgot to drop it off when they were at your stop. If this is the case, it'll be delivered soon!

2. Ask your neighbors. Often times packages are misdelivered - especially if you live in an apartment complex! Check in with your leasing office too.

3. Pop by the post office to see if they're holding it. Sometimes they forget to leave pick-up notices! They can also get in touch with the mailman in charge of the route you live in. If it helps, your tote bag gets packaged in a brown mailer with a big circular print that says 'Supernova'. Or if its a T-shirt, in a green mailer.
